Hurtling across the Earth’s face, the wind creates noise so overpowering that we can hardly hear. Our bodies themselves, like our minds, barely even move. Like I’ve never known most of the places that I’ve been. Or how I can’t remember how they felt. It’s all a blur sometimes and I need something special like Jordan Lee of Mutual Benefit‘s gentle croon to remind me that I am not alone. “Passenger” conveys the calm that I can (sometimes) reach on the interior as my vessel’s comfort overpowers the battling winds outside.
